I called on Sunday for an estimate and Jayson responded within 30 minutes. He was clear about the processes and about the estimated costs and was able to put us on the schedule as requested — a pick up within 4 days. He proactively moved the date because of the weather (expected snow on the original date) which enabled the pickup to be done without incident. His crew were energetic, focused, and did a complete job. He was responsive to questions on the day of pickup and was wonderful to deal with. I have other jobs coming up and I will certainly use him again.

Jayson, the owner, was super communicative and quick to respond to my initial inquiry and questions. He quickly followed up when he said he would and scheduled my job next day, even though they were working on a big job somewhere else.
The entire experience with the removal crew was excellent, too. For example, the guys were running 10 mins late and called me to tell me so I wasn't left wondering if they were going to show. From start to finish, Jayson and the pick-up crew were professional, friendly, communicative, helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. Before they left, they even swept up debris that had scattered all over the driveway.

Success story. A competitor fell through on the arrival date. I called Reno Junk Removal at 7:30am and Jayson answered. I explained the bind I was in and he said he would get it done. This was not a small job — we closed a large office and had dismantled cubicles and desks. The crew arrived at 12:30 and the job was completed at 4:30. I was thrilled and impressed.
